Welcome to my kitchen & my website!

The "remodel" is almost complete and now I have the opportunity to present you with my website's brand new look!

The changes just seem to lend themselves to a more "appetizing" looking website! And, as you will find, much of what you will encounter here has to do with FOOD!

You may also find that everything you need to know is RIGHT HERE to get you on the path toward finding many of your health answers. Do you have celiac disease or are you merely "wheat sensitive"?

Do you need lots of information to aid you in getting started on those first VERY scarey days, weeks, and months after diagnosis? Do you need assistance with what to eat, how to find the right ingredients and then to be able to prepare your food? Where do you begin????

Poke around for a time at my website, ask questions, make contact with others while you find your way.

We are on this journey together!

All the best in good health!
~Diane

From the author....

"My desire was to create a cookbook that could aid in making gluten free cooking a positive and rewarding experience. In the process, I hoped that this cookbook could also assist in bringing what seemed to be missing in any celiac adult or child’s dining repertoire full circle to an abundance of choices and satisfying dishes to cook up for an individual or an entire family.

There should be nothing missing in what can be created in the kitchen for a celiac. The selection of recipes in “Delicious! The Very Best of Gluten Free and Wheat Free Cooking” covers the gamut of cooking from recipe basics in all categories: quick and easy offerings, a diverse kid’s selection, generous breads and desserts , a vast assortment of casseroles and main dishes, soups, salads, and side dishes, breakfast or brunch recipes, as well as ethnic and gourmet offerings."
