For diagnosed Celiacs,
any or all of the following nutritional regimen
may be required:
1) A good quality digestive enzyme should be taken several times a day before meals. It may take some time for the digestive tract to return to normal and this is one supplement to make available to the digestive tract while this process takes place. This could make a HUGE difference in your recovery progress because digestive enzymes aid digestion needs and help support metabolism.
2) In addition to the digestive enzyme, a quality calcium/magnesium supplement may be required to restore bone density.
3) Since anemia is one of the most common medical conditions that is found to develop as a result of malabsorption, taking a beef liver supplement is always prudent.
4) A powerful probiotic nutritional formula which offers total support to the gastrointestinal tract.
5) Colostrum provides us with essential growth factors, immune factors, antibiotic factors, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. This can be great overall support for a "fried" body!
6) Good quality multivitamin and mineral supplement is recommended for obvious reasons. Your whole system is depleted from malabsorption issues!
7) Chlorella is a form of seaweed and can be useful for patients who have gone decades without a proper diagnosis. If diagnosis was long in coming, you have more than likely become toxic. Chlorella is a natural, harmless detoxification agent.

"I"I believe that you can, by taking some simple and inexpensive measures, extend your life and your years of well-being. My most important recommendation is that you take vitamins every day in optimum amounts, to supplement the vitamins you receive in your food."....... Conditions such as Candida Albicans, lactose sensitivities, parasites, and intestinal overgrowth have been seen in various studies.
