"We have large family gatherings for the holidays and since my diagnosis, I had been very anxious about how I was going to manage holiday cooking, eating properly, yet not making others in my family feel "subjected" to the sometimes boring recipes for celiacs."

"I am finding that my worries were unfounded, because of the cookbook, "Delicious! The Very Best of Gluten Free & Wheat Free Cooking." The cookbook includes a complete holiday menu that offers dishes like bread or cornbread stuffing, yummy scalloped potatoes, a wonderful assortment of breads, a gluten free version of that famous green bean casseroles that the kids think they MUST have, and lots of great desserts and more. We, as a family, thoroughly enjoyed and have been pleased with the dishes in this cookbook".

"My favorite recipes are the Southern fried chicken, tortilla and albondigas soup, the blue corn pancakes, fruit pie squares, and the Paczki sweet rolls! Yum!

My celiac kid loves the recipes that are kid-friendly. Lots of great choices and most recipes are simple to make.

Thankyou so much for this cookbook!

"My desire was to create a cookbook that could aid in making gluten free cooking a positive and rewarding experience. In the process, I hoped that this cookbook could also assist in bringing what seemed to be missing in any celiac adult or child’s dining repertoire full circle to an abundance of choices and satisfying dishes to cook up for an individual or an entire family.

There should be nothing missing in what can be created in the kitchen for a celiac. The selection of recipes in “Delicious! The Very Best of Gluten Free and Wheat Free Cooking” covers the gamut of cooking from recipe basics in all categories: quick and easy offerings, a diverse kid’s selection, generous breads and desserts , a vast assortment of casseroles and main dishes, soups, salads, and side dishes, breakfast or brunch recipes, as well as ethnic and gourmet offerings."
